TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms form a legal agreement between you and Punt Monkey, operated by Vervet Ventures Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the Punt Monkey website, mobile app, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Punt Monkey is an information service that publishes machine-learning-based predictions for horse races in Australia and the United Kingdom. The predictions are derived from historical form data and produced by a statistical model.

Punt Monkey is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept stakes, hold funds, or offer the facility to place bets. Any bet you place is a separate transaction with a third-party bookmaker, governed by that bookmaker’s own terms and licensed accordingly.

The predictions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or tipping advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where viewing horse racing predictions and (if you choose) placing bets with licensed operators is lawful. By using the Service you warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You may close your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe and processed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel from the account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.
• Statutory rights of refund under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are unaffected by these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest predictions for redistribution, resale, or use in any third-party tipping product;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or republish the underlying model or its outputs;
• access the Service through automated means at a rate likely to disrupt other users;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in jurisdictions where horse racing wagering is prohibited.

When you tap a BET link on the Service, you’re sent to a licensed bookmaker. That’s where the bet actually happens, not on Punt Monkey. Some of those links carry an affiliate tag, which means the bookmaker may pay us a small commission if you sign up through one.

We don’t endorse any particular bookmaker, we don’t control their odds, and we don’t guarantee that any specific bookmaker is available in your jurisdiction. Once you tap through, your relationship with that bookmaker is between you and them. Their terms apply from the moment you arrive on their site.

Horse racing is inherently uncertain. Past performance, statistical models, and our confidence ratings do not guarantee future results. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you take based on the predictions, including the decision to place a bet and the amount you stake.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the claim arose, or £100 if you have not paid us anything.

We are not liable for: (a) any losses incurred from bets placed with third-party bookmakers; (b) loss of profits, business, or opportunity; (c) indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Punt Monkey name, logo, model, code, and content are owned by us (or our licensors). Your account gives you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions about liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always appears on this page. If we make material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in another UK nation may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
